Review process
How drafts are checked, who decides, and how long it takes.
Every draft is read by an editor before it is published.
What editors check
- Facts. Every claim about wallets, buys and sells is checked against the chain.
- Fit. Does it belong in the archive, and is it already covered?
- Style. Does it follow the style guide?
- Conflicts. Does the writer hold the coin, or have a reason to promote it?
Outcomes
- Approved. Published and queued for payout.
- Changes requested. You get notes. Resubmit when you are ready.
- Rejected. With a reason. You can submit something else.
Holder voting
Holders of the Trenchive coin can vote on which pending drafts get reviewed first. Voting changes the order, not the outcome: every published piece still passes an editor.
Timing
Most drafts get a first reply within a few days. Coin stories and exhibits take longer because the wallets have to be traced.
